I became interested in structural bodywork due to a motorcycle accident where I suffered several broken bones and soft tissue injuries.
The surgeons, doctors, and nurses did a fantastic job getting me back on my feet, but that was only the start of my healing journey. I continued to have pain, difficulty moving, and general fear of reinjury.
Through Bodywork, therapists were able to increase my range of motion, reduce my pain, and help me find the confidence to live my life without fear of reinjury. I was so amazed at how much it helped me that I wanted to learn how to help others.
